It must pass 100% ultrasonic flaw detection (in accordance with ASME SA20/SA20M standards) before leaving the factory to ensure no internal defects. This avoids potential safety hazards caused by material flaws from the source and meets the quality compliance requirements of high-risk equipment such as pressure vessels.
